Zxayven PELECH

September 25, 2006 - December 8, 2021

Obituary

On December 8, 2021, Zxayven Ice Pelech of Elk Point passed away suddenly at the age of 15 years. From the moment of his birth on September 25, 2006, he was loved by his parents, Jordan Pelech & Kyle Bleakley. Zxayven enjoyed traveling, movies, cooking, baking, gaming, reading, camping & fishing, but he really shone on stage. He debuted as Sebastian in ‘The Little Mermaid’ and acted in every production of the Elk Point Theater Project. His most recent role was with the Elk Point Theater Company as punk kid Paul (aka Blueberry) in a play that wrapped up earlier this month. He was a creative thinker who delighted all who were lucky enough to get to know him with his extraordinary wit and perspective. He loved animals of all kinds and was learning to speak German for fun. He was a gentle giant whose unique spirit was appreciated by so many people. Left to honor and remember Zxayven, are his parents, Jordan Pelech & Kyle Bleakley, both of Elk Point; grandparents, Marshel Pelech & Sherry Milholland, also of Elk Point, and Jim & Karyl Bleakley of Bashaw; aunts & uncles, Jayme & Mark Loge of Spruce Grove, Wade & Laura Bleakley of Bashaw and Melanie Barry of Drumheller; cousins, Avery Loge, Matthew, Adeline & Ryan Bleakley, and Micheal & Xavier Barry; and so, so many friends of all ages. A Celebration of Zxayven’s Life will be held on Saturday, December 18 at 1:00 p.m. at the Allied Arts Centre, Elk Point. All individuals attending will be required to provide COVID-19 proof of vaccination, proof of a privately-paid negative rapid test result taken within 72 hours of service or documentation of medical exemption as well as photo ID. A recording of the service will be made available later Saturday by clicking the Live Service tab on our website. In lieu of flowers, consider how you can start your own butterfly effect of kindness &care, and donate or volunteer for any anti-bullying organization. Dear Jordan, Kyle, Sherry, Marshall, Jayme and family. My heartfelt condolences for your loss of Zxayen. I watched Zxayven grow from the little guy that came at Halloween in his different costumes to the talented, friendly young man he became. I will remember him for his talent and love of acting and always taking time to acknowledge and talk when we met. Your fond memories of him fishing, camping, raising chickens and selling eggs, cooking, performing in many plays and so much more are a wonderful legacy. RIP Zxayven. With love.
