On November 30, 2019, Mrs. Velma Isbister of St. Paul passed away at the age of 77 years. She is survived by her 4 granddaughters, Charmaine (Todd) Martell, Caitlin Cree, Erica Cree & Sharyn Cree; siblings, Donna (Howard) Biech, Terry (Lynn) Piche, Rita Sturgeon, Keith Isbister & Peggy Bowman. Velma was predeceased by her husband, Abe Cardinal; parents, Russel & Helen Isbister; 2 daughters, Sharon Goulden & Eunice Cree; siblings, June Isbister, Laura Bear, Kevin Isbister & Calvin Isbister. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to St. Paul & District Hospital Foundation c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
