Obituary
On December 30, 2016, Toni Omeasoo of Edmonton, formerly of Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 34 years. She is survived by 1 son & 2 daughters, Renee, Chase & Jolie; mother, Eileen Omeasoo (Vern Reid); 2 sisters & 2 brothers, Lindsay McGilvery, Dawn McGilvery, Carmen Omeasoo & Lorne Omeasoo; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Phoenix; father, Lorne Omeasoo; maternal grandparents, Edmund & Agnes McGilvery; paternal grandparents, Henry & Agnes Omeasoo; 2 brothers, Floyd McGilvery & Ryan Isbister; 2 sisters, Jolene & Billie McGilvery. A Wake will be held on Saturday & Sunday, January 7 & 8 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. (Leaving Grace Gardens on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.) A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
