Obituary
On November 3, 2013, Mr. Morris Jackson of Goodfish Lake passed away at the age of 75 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; his children, Patsy (Jason Manyguns), Margaret (Rick Mattie), Kathleen (Larry Halfe), Elizabeth (Daniel Sparklingeyes), Percy (Christine Whiskeyjack), Wilma (Dan Cardinal), Marcella, Harold (Natalie), Nancy (Burton Quinney), Fallon (Peacem Whitford), Crystal, Nikita (Brent Bull) & Janine (Tommy Wahsatnow); 47 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters, Lloyd (Dorothy), Jerry (Inez), Evelyn, Elizabeth (Ken), Bernadette (Ken) & Lester (Shirley); sisters-in-law, Violet Jackson & Marjorie White; traditional adopted sons & daughters, Ray Tatoosis, Marilyn LaRose, Vi Jackson, Cora Houle, Lorna McGilvery, Vernon Whitford & Patsy Cardinal; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins that he loved. He was predeceased by his son, Arnold; grandson, Dakota Moosepayo; 4 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Darcy Sparklingeyes. A Wake will be held on Monday & Tuesday, November 11 & 12 at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 13 at 10:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. Reverend Raymond Sparklingeyes, Reverend Robert Wright, Pastor Linda Burns & Reverend Father Gilbert Dasna will be officiating with interment in St. Mathias Roman Catholic Cemetery, Goodfish Lake.
