Obituary
On February 27, 2019 Mr. Melvin “Soso” Pankew of Smoky Lake passed away at the age of 74 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce; son, Trevor; 2 daughters, Chantel (Scott) Yeremy & Tricia; 5 grandchildren, Conor, Georgia & Darby Nixon, Jordyn & Evan Yeremy; his furry four legged friend, Kasey; sister, Teri (Don) Nehajowich. Melvin was predeceased by his parents, Paul & Mary. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 9 at 11:00 a.m. at National Hall, Smoky Lake with Father Kolin Berglund officiating. Cremation has taken place. Thank you to Dr. Stephen Raubenheimer & all nursing staff at the Smoky Lake Healthcare Centre for the excellent care.
