Obituary
On December 19, 2015, Mrs. Mary Porcina of Elk Point, formerly of Derwent, passed away at the age of 98 years. She is survived by her loving children, Victoria (Robert) Bruce, Marshall (Shirley) Porcina & Doris Gancer; 6 grandchildren, Corene, Nolan, Tracy, Dwayne, Dane & Devin; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Olga (Mike) Trenchuck, Pearl MacDonald, Effie Donald & Raymond (Florence) Zalaski; brother-in-law, Stan Ostry; & sister-in-law, Rose Zelles. She was predeceased by her husband, John; son-in-law, Henry Gancer; brothers, Nick & Victor (Vicky) Zelles; sisters, Steva Ostry & Victoria Zalaski; brothers-in-law, Dr. Irwin MacDonald & Dr. Bill Donald. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, December 27 at 1:00 p.m. at Elk Point Seniors Centre, Elk Point. Pastor Lee Patterson will be officiating, with interment in Angle Lake Community Cemetery, Angle Lake.
