Obituary

On September 9, 2012, Mr. John Carson of Warspite passed away at the age of 79 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary; 2 sons & 2 daughters, Jim, Michael, Sierra & Taylor; 3 brothers & 1 sister, Ed (Betty) of Edmonton, Joe of Surrey, B.C., Bill (Cory) of Edmonton, & Mary (Mike) of Victoria, B.C.; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Frank & Jean; brother, Francis “Dinny”; 2 sisters, Anna May & Jeannie; nephew, Edward. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 14 at 2:00 p.m. at Waskatenau Community Hall, Waskatenau. Interment will follow the service in St. Anthony Roman Catholic Cemetery, Warspite. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30”s Cancer Support Society c/o Box 1780, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A0.
