Obituary
Mrs. Jessie V. Erickson of St. Lina passed away in her sleep at J.P. Decosse Auxiliary Hospital, St. Paul, the morning of November 26, 2014, at the age of 83 years. She is survived by her children, Robert (Carol) of Fort Saskatchewan, Mardell Thompson of St. Lina, Albert (Cheryl) of Ardrossan, Norman of Vilna, Alan of Tofield & Beverly (Robert) Ortlepp of Mallaig; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sister, Rose Gauthier of Red Deer; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Oscar; infant daughter, Elizabeth; parents, Robert & Doris; stepdad, Alfred Nelson; 2 brothers, Stanley & Alexander; sister, Mary Bryant; & son-in-law, Arthur Thompson. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 1 at 1:00 p.m. at Mallaig Legion, Mallaig. Pastor Owen Isaacson will be officiating, with interment in Mallaig Baptist Cemetery, Mallaig.
