Obituary
On November 17, 2015, Mr. Jean Emile Mathiot of Goodridge passed away at the age of 84 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Helen; 5 children, Brigitte (Bill) Sakaluk, Patrick (Pauline), Gerald (Cecile) , Claude (Elizabeth) & Jack (Patricia); grandchildren, Jason (Sally-Jo) Sakaluk, Pamela (Andy) Skoreyko, Ashley, Marc, Denis, Monica, Jenna, Mikayla, Caitlyn, Suzanne, Jessica, Amanda & Tyler; great-grandchildren, Cheyanne & Mason Sakaluk; siblings, Paulette Barthelemy, Gilbert Claude, Marie-Therese Soyet; sister-in-law, Audrey Worthington; nephew, Norman (Donna) Worthington; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond & Lucie Mathiot; brother, Andre; & brother-in-law, Fay Worthington. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodridge Hall, Goodridge, with Reverend Eileen Greaves officiating. Cremation has taken place.
