Obituary
On April 14, 2014, Mr. George Whiskeyjack of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 19 years. He is survived by his loving guardians, Abi Hunter & Cliffton Shirt of Saddle Lake; brother, Avery (Lisa) Quinney; 2 sisters, Desiree (Ryan) Harasym & Caroline Tunner. He was predeceased by his parents, George Whiskeyjack & Sandra Quinney. A Wake will be held on Monday & Tuesday, April 21 & 22 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. George left so sudden and unexpectected. It has affected us all greatly and he will be missed but, he is in the hands of God and will look down on us and protect us. He is our guardian angel. We will all miss you George and you will never leave our minds. We love you. Walk into heaven strong and proud, because God will be there waiting to tell you “your entry fees are paid cowboy”. I love you always.
