Obituary
On March 10th, 2024 Mr. Frederick “Fred” Kuryliw passed away at the age of 68 years. He is survived by his daughter, Katrina Kuryliw; granddaughter, Amaya Kuryliw; partner & best friend, Elaine Korchinsky; sister, Helen (Marion) Leskiw; brother, Syd (Wendy) Kuryliw; nieces & nephews, Sarjenka Kuryliw, Fred Kuryliw & Michael Leskiw. Fred was predeceased by his parents, Fred & Katie Kuryliw. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, March 26th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery, Stry with Reverend Father Andrij Nykyforuk officiating. Fred’s family would like to thank the staff at the University of Alberta Hospital CCU for their compassionate care and support.
