Obituary
On May 16, 2013, Mr. Douglas McKendrick of McRae passed away at the age of 75 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Mavis; 3 sons & 4 daughters, Diane (Eric), Shelley-Ann, Clinton, Jesse, David, Abigail (Shane) & Sarah; 6 grandchildren, Tina, Chad, Amber, Dallas, Emily & Chloe; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Bruce; sister, Valetta; mother-in-law, Julianna Beard; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Valentine & Greta. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Brother Jamin Hackel & Reverend Robert Wright will be officiating with interment in East Star Cemetery, McRae. If desired, donations may be made to McRae Cemetery Association, Red Cross Emergency Relief, St. Paul Food Bank or Habitat for Humanity c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
