Obituary
On March 3, 2017, Mr. Samuel Bernard of Goodfish Lake passed away at the age of 66 years. He is survived by his loving children, Kevin Simon, Krista Swampy & Delores Simon; 8 grandchildren, Tevin & Davin Simon, Shaylan Baptiste, Kerrin Simon, Kaysha, Braydon & Kane Swampy & Slayter Swampy-Anderson; brother, Nelson Bernard; 3 sisters, Sylvia Whitefish, Mary Senger & Cecile Neilsen; & numerous nieces & nephews. Samuel was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Wolfe on April 30, 2016; parents, Edward & Edna Bernard; 3 brothers, Laurie, David & Paul Bernard; 2 sisters, Cornelia Bernard & Irene Whitford. A Wake will be held on Thursday (leaving Grace Gardens at 3:00 p.m.) & Friday, March 9 & 10 at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake (Leaving Grace Gardens at 3:00 p.m.). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake.
