Obituary
On July 11, 2016 Mr. Ron Sirant of St. Paul passed away at the age of 72 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Carol; son, Sheldon (Gloria); daughter, Kimberley (Lance) Reszel both of St. Paul; 4 grandchildren, Tayler, Kaylee, Kieran & Ty; brother, Barry (Audrey) Sirant of Westlock; sister, Karen (Jerry) Tchir of Vilna; sister-in-law, Irene Sirant; brother-in-law, Ken (Dol) Wasyleski; goddaughter, Connie Cherniwchan; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Henry; 2 brothers in infancy, Ray & Orest; parents, William & Anne Sirant; parents-in-law, Fred & Lena Wasyleski; grandparents, Joseph & Christina Sirant and Nick & Violet Pawliuk. Divine Liturgy & Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Stry. Reverend Father Don Bodnar will be the celebrant, with interment in the church cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30's (Cancer Support Society) c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
