On March 11, 2015 Mr. Benoit Jacques of St. Paul passed away at the age of 87 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Aline; 4 daughters & 2 sons, Mariette (Pierre) Mahé, Albert (Denise) Jacques, Helen (Ivan) Chapdelaine all of St. Paul, Gaston Jacques of St. Albert, Doris (Bernie) Hurtubise & Rachel (Curtis) Formanek both of St. Paul; 14 grandchildren, Chantal (Jamie) Michaud, Mathieu (Bond) Mahé, Daniel Jacques, Brianne Jacques (Thanh Tang), Adrien Jacques, Benjamin Jacques, Raymond Chapdelaine (Christine Hanson), Mitch (Natasha) Chapdelaine, Leanne Chapdelaine (Justin Carey), Sarah Hurtubise, Shayne Hurtubise, Tamara (Travis) Boe, Jessica Formanek (Jeremy Blanchette) & Cara Formanek; 7 great-grandchildren, Madison & Haley Michaud, Tex & Knyton Mahé, Theo & Bailey Chapdelaine, Jerrica Chapdelaine, & one on the way; 3 brothers & 2 sisters. He was predeceased by his parents, Alidor & Florida Jacques; 3 brothers & 5 sisters. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 21 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant, with cremation to follow. If desired, donations may be made to The Lung Association, Alberta & NWT c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
