I’m sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Danyluk. I’ll always value what a wonderful basketball coach he was – fair, supportive, wise with a good sense of humor (you’d have to be coaching junior high girls)! My heart goes out to Mrs. Danyluk, Janice and the family.

Mary, Janice, Ron and family, we wish to express our most sincere condolences at the passing of Bill. May knowing that you all are in the thoughts and prayers of many relieve some of your pain as you mourn the passing of your loved one. I have always had the deepest respect for this long time colleague and neighbour. I also am confident that he is remembered kindly by so many of his colleagues and students. May Bill be granted the eternal rest he so deserves.

I remember with fondness the camping vacations we spent in Sask. with the Boykos and the Danyluks. Mr Danyluk always loved beating us kids at volleyball. He was always a lot of fun and so good to us kids. Best basketball coach ever! I am sorry to hear of his passing, my condolences to the family.

The girls basketball team was important to Mr. Danyluk. Conversely, basketball became important to a multitude of girls attending Racette Jr.High School throughout the years. His devotion and encouragement helped build confidence, and a sense of belonging, for those of us who played. I still remember the impact he made and I will always be grateful. Peace.
