Relation: He was my friend.
It is with great sadness , I wish to provide condolences to the Yacyshyn family. I was in high school with Walter, he was my friend, and a very great individual. He befriended me when we got transferred to Vilna from Bellis schools, and I never forgot his kindness and understanding. While I did not see Walter before his passing, his wife Valerie provided exceptional care to my ageing parents in St. Paul for which I am very grateful. I very much miss Walter and wish his family all of the best.
