Obituary
On April 14, 2014 Mrs. Viola Isert of Elk Point passed away at the age of 85 years. She is survived by her daughter, Daune Gagne of Elk Point; grandaughter, Amoré (David) Garnett-Bennett & 4 great-grandchildren, Cameron, Zéa, Reilly & Samantha; nieces & nephews, Melvin Barr, Diana McKinnon, Darlene Scarf, Darwin Kinshella, Ken Miller, Yvonne Garnier, Sherry Allan, Donald Isert & their families. She was predeceased by her husband, Cameron; parents, Charles & Augusta Kinshella; brother, Gerald; 2 sisters, Lavina Barr & Marj Miller. The family would like to thank the first responders, doctors & staff at both Cold Lake & Elk Point hospitals for the special care given to Viola. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Dewberry Cemetery, Dewberry. Mr. Russell Garnier will be officiating. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations may be made to Dewberry Cemetery Fund or Canadian Diabetes Association c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
