On July 27, 2012, Mrs. Victoria Bodnar of St. Paul passed away at the age of 85 years. She is survived by her loving companion and best friend, Bill Wolfgramm; step-children, Ron (Sylvia) Bodnar of Tofield, Steve (Lorraine) Bodnar of Stettler, Sylvia (Barry) Sloan of St. Paul & Vivian (Earl) Plunkett of Vegreville; 11 grandchildren; 2 brothers, George & John Skoreyko; 3 sisters, Eva Cebuliak, Nancy Galenzoski & Jean Mankowski. She was predeceased by her parents, Wasyl & Makdalyn Skoreyko; first husband, Peter Elkowich; second husband, John Bodnar; step-daughter, Beverly Bodnar; 10 sisters & 2 brothers. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 31 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerasim Powers will be officiating, with interment in St. Elias Russo-Orthodox Cemetery, Pakan. If desired, donations may be made to Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice c/o Box 1780, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A0.
