Obituary
On July 26, 2013 Mrs. Velva May Smith of Glendon passed away at the age of 96 years. She is survived by 2 sons & 1 daughter, Reginald Mervin (Rejeanne) Smith, Allan ‘Jeep’ Smith & Elaine (Peter) Doonanco all of Glendon; grandchildren, Gail (Francis) Hachey, Shelly (David) Lotsberg, Tina (Parry) DeBusschere, Reginald (Mandy) Smith, Rockwell (Rhonda) Doonanco, Montgomery (Koreen) Doonanco, Donna (Daniel) Wizniuk, Darryl Knapp, Lori Knapp & 23 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Reginald in 1995; daughter-in-law, Grace in 2013. A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday, July 30 at 7:30 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 31 at 11:00 a.m. at Glendon R.C.M.P. Century Hall, Glendon. Reverend Stephen Sparks officiating with interment in Glendon Cemetery Association (Glendon Community Cemetery). If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30's (Cancer Support Society).
