On May 11, 2015, Ms. Tammy Banitsiotis (nee Smith) of Mallaig passed away at the age of 44 years. She is survived by her son, Jordan of Mallaig; loving companion, Glen Latta; loving parents, Tina Smith of Ashmont & Angus (Debby) Smith of Malloy; 2 brothers & 3 sisters, Marla Ouellette (Claude Roy), Joe (Sandy) Smith, Kevin Smith (Shannon Belland), Jennifer (Raymond) Gervais & Crystal Kostin (Chad MacLean); mother- & father-in-law, Elena & Gus Banitsiotis; brother-in-law, Paul (Sonia) Banitsiotis; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles. She was predeceased by her mother, Penny Smith; grandparents, Anna & Joe Smith & Jim & Jill Gelette. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 16 at 1:00 p.m. at Goodridge Hall, Goodridge. Pastor Owen Isaacson will be officiating with Pastor Kelly Sibley assisting. Cremation has taken place.
