Obituary
On March 2, 2016, Mr. Steve Wolaniuk of Elk Point passed away at the age of 74 years. He is survived by his companion, Muriel Ducharme; son, Duane (Trina) of Sherwood Park; daughter, Joanne (Dylan) Gerlack of Sherwood Park; 7 grandsons, Ty, Cole, Kaden, Owen, Parker, Carsten & Ryken; loving mother, Annie Wolaniuk of St. Paul; 2 brothers, William (Sylvia) Wolaniuk of Lloydminster & Raymond (Barbara) Wolaniuk of Two Hills; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his father, John Wolaniuk; & sister-in-law, Eleanor. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 8 at 10:30 a.m. at Allied Arts Centre, Elk Point. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating, with interment in Pochayiw Cemetery, Stoney Lake. If desired, donations may be made to S.T.A.R.S. Foundation c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
