Obituary
On January 27, 2013, Mr. Stanley Garska of St. Paul passed away at the age of 82 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Kay; son, Rick (April) Garska of Flat Lake; 4 daughters, Janice Garska (Peter) of Spruce Grove, Beverly (Johnny) Fewchuk of Glendon, Dianne (Michael) Filipchuk of St. Paul & Kelly (Dale) Rinas of Elk Point; 9 grandchildren, Roger, Melissa, Bree, Dustyn, Kara, Sheldena, Amanda, Shae & Karlee; 3 great-grandchildren, Shayla, Dorien & Jakin; brother, Angus Garska of Summerland, B.C.; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Alexander & Amelia Garska; 4 sisters, Sophie, Helen, Irene & Jean. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 2 at 3:00 p.m. at R.C.M.P. Century Hall, Glendon. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Flat Lake. My deepest condolences to you Kay and your family. Sorry to hear about the passing of Stan. It was always fun to meet with him somewhere and have a conversation. There was never a dull moment. Regretably I cannot attend the funeral.
