Obituary
On August 17, 2015 Mr. Simon Jackie Collins (Erastus) of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 72 years. He is survived by his daughter, Rishanna (Dean) Collins of Edmonton; granddaughter, Neri; special children, Bonnie (George) Collins & family, & Gordon Collins & family; brothers & sisters, Philip (Ursula) Collins of Kikino, Annie (Denis) Ginther of Edmonton, Doris (Alfred) Jackson of Goodfish Lake, Alex (Mary) Cardinal of Saddle Lake, Willard Cardinal of Calgary, Mary Adeline (Albert) Cardinal & Edith (Ralph) Wahsatnow both of Saddle Lake; numerous nieces, nephews & friends; special friends, Leonard Crane, Sylvia Coutre & Robert Steinhauer. He was predeceased by his parents, Daniel & Julie Collins; biological father, Erastus Cardinal; brothers, Alec & Willard Collins, Frank & Sibert Cardinal & Percy Crane; sisters, Mary Donald, Flora Jackson, Christina Badger & Grace Cardinal. A Wake will be held on Wednesday, August 19 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
