My most sincere condolences to your family. Shannon always made me smile when he addressed me as “Miss Deb”, he was always an gentleman and I enjoyed working with him. It was always a pleasure to have a conversation with Shannon and I usually gleaned a nugget or 2 of ‘good to know’ information from him.
