On December 27, 2012 Sandra Cardinal of Edmonton, formerly of Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 45 years. She is survived by her companion, Clifford Mitchell; children, Maurissa Cardinal, Jonathan Cardinal & Brittany Steinhauer- Cardinal; 3 grandchildren, Marcia Cardinal, Jonathan Cardinal Jr. & Carlo Cardinal; siblings, Louis (Valerie) Cardinal, Beatrice Cardinal, Norman (Joanne) Cardinal, Cecile Cardinal, Patricia Cardinal (Pierre Durocher), Michael (Twila) Cardinal, Melvin Cardinal, Christopher Cardinal, Sabrina Wahsatnow (Craig), John Cardinal Quinney; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Caroline & Raymond; brother, Lester; sister, Valerie; maternal grandparents, James & Mary Louis Desjarlais; paternal grandparents Norris & Isabelle Cardinal; Godmother, Flora Cardinal ” Pihnohnah”. Wake Wednesday & Thursday January 2 & 3 at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church basement, Saddle Lake. Funeral Service Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11:00 am. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Saddle Lake, with interment in the church cemetery.
