Obituary
On December 2, 2015, Miss Samantha Wood of Edmonton, formerly of Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 36 years. She is survived by her loving children, Orrie Wood, Shay Wood & Sophia Wood; special friend, Kendall Kinistino; mother, Valerie Wood, 4 sisters & 3 brothers, April Matchatis (Karl Quinn), Heather Wood, Shayna Piche (Jim Kremer), Lorelei Sangrey, Todd Matchatis, Robin Matchatis & Cory Wood; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Lester Wood; paternal grandparents, Kôhkom Sophie & Mosôm Norman Wood; maternal grandparents, Nora & Ben Matchatis. A Wake will be held on Tuesday, December 8 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
