On June 6, 2013, Mrs. Roxie Botting of Elk Point passed away at the age of 64 years.  She is survived by her loving husband, Henry; 2 sons & 2 daughters, Nadine (Mike) Weir of Lethbridge, Kevin (Lorraine) Botting of Elk Point, Rocky (Roxy) Botting of Lloydminister & Shauna (Darren) Cummings of Bonnyville; 11 grandchildren, Bailey (Aurie) Whetton, Kristen (Buchi) Weir, Josh Weir, Mark Botting, Amber Botting, Chevy Botting, Chelsea Botting, Chansie Botting, Catlin Cummings, Dallas Cummings & Travis Scarfe; 2 great-grandchildren, Jaiden Botting-Paragas & Acelyn Botting-Paragas; 5 sisters, Lauretta Schnieder of Alder Flats, Carlotta Medley of Winnipegosis, Dale (Leonard) Drinkwater of Mannville, Gisele Burns of Clandonald & Vicki (Elden) Perkins of Red Deer; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Rock & Phamie Burns; brothers, Rick & David Burns; brother-in-law, Gordon Schnieder. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 12 at 1:00 p.m. at Allied Arts Centre, Elk Point. Janet Dorey & Ladon Loyek will be officiating, with inurnment in Frog Lake Community Cemetery, Frog Lake at a later date.
