Obituary

On September 28, 2016, Mrs. Rose-Marie Vallée of St. Vincent passed away at the age of 76 years. She is survived by her loving children, Richard (Karen-Ann) of Sherwood Park, Diane (Ernie) Piquette of St. Vincent, Nina (Armand) Brochu of Mallaig & Emile (Rachel Ouellette) of St. Paul; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters & 1 brother, Hélène Gratton of Therien, Régis (Carmel) Bouchard of Stony Plain, Jeanine (Zoel) Mercier of Bonnyville & Noella (Don) McDonald of Fort Saskatchewan; brother-in-law, Fred Davis of Fort Saskatchewan; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Armand; parents, Paul & Cecilia Bouchard; son, Edward; sister, Deline Davis. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 3 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be officiating with interment in St. Vincent Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Vincent. If desired, donations may be made to Alberta Lung Association or Charity of One’s Choice c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1. We just found out today of Rose’s passing, we are sorry that we missed being there for her service. We have many fond memories of dear Rose, her wonderful laugh, fun card games, and great conversations. It has been a while since we have connected, we would always ask how she was doing.
