Uncle you meant alot to me growing up, going to the farm year after year watching you and Aunty Muriel farm. I seen how close you were to my Dad and how much you meant to him. I will always remember you as being so gentle and kind. You were a farmer right till the end, a hard working farmer to say the least. I am sure that you and Dad are sitting around reminiscing about the past. I loved listening to you and Dad talking about old times, some were sad and some were to laugh about. I just found out today from Dad’s cousin Allan who lives here in Osoyoos that Dad nicknamed you “Chuck” growing up. Something that I never knew. Dad was good for giving us all nicknames and apparently Dad’s nickname was “Parsons”. Which I never knew either.
Your loving memory will forever hold in my heart, rest in peace Uncle Richard.
To the rest of the family our deepest sympathy and warmest condolences.
