Obituary
On September 7, 2013, Rayton Jerome Cardinal of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 17 years. He is survived by his parents/grandparents/guardians, Rhoda Cardinal & Finlay Moses; biological mother, Sherrie Cardinal; 4 sisters, Kannessa, Lexi, Lita & Laramey; sister/special aunt, Daphne Moses; brother/special uncle, Turban Cardinal; special uncle, Benjamin Ross; godfather, Joseph Gladue; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Alayna; godmother, Charlotte Cardinal; maternal great-grandparents, Charlie & Elizabeth Cardinal; numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. A Wake will be held on Thursday & Friday, September 12 & 13 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Rosary & Prayer will be held on Thursday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. & a Candlelight Vigil on Friday at 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Reverend Father Gilbert Dasna will be the celebrant, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake. To send condolences online, please visit www.gracegardensfuneralchapel.com.
