Randall, you left this world too early, but I an thankful that I got to work with you at F.G. Miller. You were well loved by the students and staff. I remember my son Andrew telling me that he loved your social studies 7 class because you did all sorts of voices and accents. Your love of acting poured into your classes. I was surprised when you asked Andrew and I if we wanted to be part of a play you were directing. Because of you, we found out we loved theatre and Andrew went on to be a lead character in four of the Elk Point Theatre project plays. I’m thankful that I got to play along side you in your last production. You were a great actor, mentor and colleage. Back at school, I will never forget you as the Muffin Man, and the Music Man who serenaded the crowds at the craft fair. You have been taken from this world too soon, but I know you are now in God’s hands. Farewell, my friend, until we meet in heaven again. My heart pours out for your family and friends,
Diana

From: Olga Melnyk
Relation: Choir, teachercolleague and friend.

Sending my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Randall. He will be terribly missed. At one of our choir practices, we were about to sing Taras Shevchenko’s writings “Zapoveet” and Randall said that this was his favorite song and he would like it sung at his funeral. So choir members take out your CD and play the song for Randall on Monday. Memory Eternal.
