Obituary
On November 16, 2015, Mr. Peter Ference of Vegreville, formerly of Elk Point, passed away at the age of 85 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary; 3 sons & 2 daughters, Andrew (Jean), Raymond (Christine), Joyce (Don) Spitzke, Jim (Kerry) & Carrie (Tod) Hohl; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother, Mike (Olga); sister, Mary (Henry) Lychak; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, John & Mary; brothers, John, Joe, Bill, Steve & George; sisters, Anne & Anna. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 21 at 11:00 a.m. at Allied Arts Centre, 4605 – 57 Avenue, Elk Point, AB. Reverend Father Mark Sych will be officiating, with interment in Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Elk Point. If desired, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta or charity of one’s choice c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
