Obituary
On January 14, 2017, Mr. Peter Burak of St. Paul passed away at the age of 87 years. He is survived by 5 daughters, Debbie (Gerald) St. Arnault, Bev (Chris) Shaw, Carol (Francois) Brousseau, Helen (Charlie) Lamontagne & Sharon (Laurier) Brousseau; 18 grandchildren, David (Heather), Henri (LaTasha), Maurice (Matthinka), Krysten (Randy), Jona (Carla), Daniel (Brittany), Raymond (Michelle), Normand (Melanie), Joffre (Stephanie), Jerome (Richel), Eric (Kristen), Angele (Christopher), Luc, Marc (Danielle) Rachel (Dillon), Alain, Joel & Pierre; 20 great-grandchildren, Brady, Morgyn, Abby, Heidi, Jake, Blake, Ashton, Brittney, Ava, Tristan, Hudson, Cohen, Darci, Jade, Hayden, Relynn, Cynthia, Benjamin, Greyson, Denis, & 6 on the way; brother, Harry (Priscilla); 3 sisters-in-law, Liz, Jean & Lydia; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Joeanne; parents, John & Annie; 4 brothers, Mike, John, Steve & Dennis; sister , Stella (John) Zacharuk; 1 great-granddaughter, Olivia Shaw. A Prayer Service will be held on Sunday, January 22 at 7:00 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 23 at 10.30 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating, with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Lac Bellevue. I will always remember the harvest and thrashing days on the farm and all the work we did together. Racing around the field cutting grain with two tractors and two binders. Those were the good old days.
