Obituary
On January 28, 2012, Mrs. Patricia Jacko-Metchewais of Cold Lake passed away at the age of 41 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Marlon; mother, Hazel Jacko; 8 sisters & 1 brother, Albertine, Stella (Terry), Anita (Dale), Grace (Lyle), Kathy (Dale), Virginia (Burton), Barbara, Madeline “Vicky” (Keith) & Clifford; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her dad, Greg; & step-dad, Noel Charland. Wake Tuesday, January 31 & Wednesday, February 1 at Cold Lake Band Hall, Cold Lake First Nation. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, February 2 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael Roman Catholic Church, LeGoff. Reverend Father Mario Jubinville will be the celebrant, with interment in the church cemetery.

Dear Marlon and Family,
So sorry to hear of Patricia’s passing. I know she wasn’t ready to go and that you weren’t ready to say goodbye. She was quite the lady and I’ll bet, quite the handful, when she was feeling healthy. I hope you are coping as best you can and that you take this time to heal yourself now. Your devotion, resiliance and compassion was inspirational to me Marlon. May God bless you and your family.
