To auntie Joyce, Dean, Darcy, Linda and Karen, and families, Russ and I send our heartfelt condolences. Uncle Nick will be remembered by me as a man who loved the earth, the sky , the lake, the animals and whatever Mother Earth could provide. He certainly was an important influence in my childhood years. He had a ready smile, a quick whit and a practical way about him that made even the most complex seem routine. He had a quiet way of walking, talking and reasoning. One of the most memorable moments I have of him was at the church when he married Joyce. As their flower girl, at the age of 4 years old, I will forever remember the deep and loving look he gave my new auntie Joyce during their marriage vows. He will be missed. Sending love and hugs. – Stephania & Russ Duffee
