Obituary
On December 26, 2013, Mr. Mike Michalchuk of Smoky Lake passed away at the age of 91 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Frances; daughter, Darlene (Dwayne) Harasem of Glendon; son, Michael (Mildred) of Edmonton; 5 grandchildren, Cheryl (Ron), Brian, Ashley, Lance (Jessica) & Matthew; great-granddaughter, Leah-May; brother, Walter of Vancouver, B.C.; numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Wawryk & Katherine; brother, Alex; & 3 sisters, Anne, Jessie & Stella. In accordance with Mike’s wishes, a private funeral service will be held, with interment in Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Spedden.
