Obituary
On September 19, 2016, Mr. Matt Chaikowsky of Elk Point passed away at the age of 93 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Anne; son, Gary (Linda) Chaikowsky; daughter, Elaine (Rick) Stevens; 4 grandchildren, Todd Chaikowsky, Crystal (Joe) Parrell, Adam (Janice) Stevens, Mark Stevens (Julie Harrison); 6 great-grandchildren, Grayson & Payton Chaikowsky, Liam, Kane & Jude Parrell and Madison Stevens. He was predeceased by his parents, Prokop & Olena; brothers, Peter, Paul & Mike Chaikowsky; infant sister, Zonia Chaikowsky; sister, Dorothy Zaraska;. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel . Reverend Father Mark Sych will be officiating, with interment in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Greek Catholic Cemetery, Angle Lake.
