Obituary
With saddened hearts the family of Mary Vogel (nee Flasha) announce her peaceful passing early in the morning on Sunday, December 15 at the age of 100 years, surrounded by family members. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her 3 sons, Edward (Ruth), Emil (Lois) & Chester (Cécille); daughter, Florence (Ken); 2 sisters, Josie Zarowny & Emily (Bill) Petraschuk; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Joe Vogel; parents, Catherine & Nicholaus Flasha; sisters, Anne Hladchuk & Antonia Gozjolko. In honour of Mary’s wishes a private family service will be held. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating with interment in Elk Point East Cemetery, Elk Point. The family is extremely grateful for the care and compassion Mom received by all the doctors, nurses, staff & volunteers.
