Obituary
On April 12, 2022, Mrs. Mary Pirnak of Smoky Lake passed away at the age of 96 years. She is survived by 2 sons & 1 daughter, Larry (Hazel), Mildred (Heinz) Fredrich & Wayne (Gladys); 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Mike Franchuk; 3 sisters, Jenny Dmetruik, Lily Wattamaniuk & Emily ( Zen) Roskewich; numerous nieces & nephews. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Mike in 1997; son, Kenneth; daughter, Phyllis; parents, Peter & Dora Franchuk; sister, Rose Franchuk; & brother, Peter Franchuk. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 16 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Pokrova Orthodox Church, Edwand. Very Reverend Father Benny Ambrosie will be officiating, with interment in the church cemetery.
