On February 19, 2015, Mrs. Mary Franchuk of Smoky Lake passed away at the age of 75 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Mike; children, Randy (Val) Franchuk, Dianne (Stan) Billey & Michelle (Dan) Kotylak; 7 grandchildren, Ryan (Chelsea), Lorissa (Richard), Scott, Amanda (Mike), Shannon (Dane), Spencer & Dexter; sister, Vicky Creaser; brother, Tony (Jane) Halisky; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, John & Lena Halisky; & sister, Paulina Halisky. Prayer Service Monday, February 23 at 7:30 p.m. at National Hall, Smoky Lake. Funeral Service Tuesday, February 24 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Pokrova Orthodox Church, Edwand. Reverend Father Benny Ambrosie officiating, with interment in the church cemetery.
