Obituary
On August 21, 2016, Mrs. Mary Didzena of Edmonton formerly of Dene-Tha First Nations, passed away at the age of 52 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Archie Cardinal; children, Katie Didzena (Sheldon Laboucan), Claire Didzena & Arthur Didzena; 4 grandchildren, Victor Cardinal, Sheldon Laboucan, Katie Laboucan & Louie Laboucan; loving mother, Margurite Didzena; 2 sisters, Caroline & Jennie Didzena; 3 brothers, Rudy, Hector & Derrick Didzena. She was predeceased by her father, Jean Marie Didzena; son, Winbert Didzena; brother, Dowain Didzena; & granddaughter, Kayla Cardinal. A Wake will be held on Saturday & Sunday, August 27 & 28 at Saddle Lake Senior’s Lodge, Saddle Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Saddle Lake Senior’s Lodge, Saddle Lake. The news came as a shock to me and I will try be there for you Katie, I love you girl <3 <3 <3 <3 Stay strong my friend!!!! I loved your mother and I am still in shock :'(
