Obituary
On June 24, 2017, Mrs. Maria Rogalski of St. Paul passed away at the age of 97 years. She is survived by her children, Eleanor (Wayne) Zimmerman, Elaine (Jim) Wirsta, Marilyn (Don) Troock, Carolyn Germain & Alvin (Rhoda) Rogalski; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters, Katie Krekoski & Eva Visscher; 2 sisters-in-law, Elizabeth & Inez Haraba; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred; son, Raymond, at birth; son-in-law, Guy Germain; her parents, Peter & Tatianna Haraba; 3 sisters, Annie Kriaski, Julie Kriaski & Rose Ranger; 4 brothers, Steve, Henry, Alex & Pete. A Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, June 29 at 7:30 p.m. at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul with Reverend Father David Bernard officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 30 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant, with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, St. Paul. If desired, donations may be made to Haying in the 30’s (Cancer Support Society) c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB T0A 3A1.
