Obituary
The family of Mrs. Margaret Vallee is saddened to announce her passing on January 8, 2015 at the age of 82 years. She is survived by 2 sons & 2 daughters, Jack Polo of Maple Ridge, B.C., Kass Jones of Chiliwack, B.C., Andy Polo of Vancouver, B.C., & Claudette (Bryce Bodnar) Vallee of Mallaig; 8 grandchildren, Tanya, Sarah, Chelsea, Brae, Shayla, Cody, Branden & Cassie; 2 great-grandchildren, Natasha & Abbey; siblings, Alice Arsenault of Sherwood Park, Laurette Laurie of Fork Lake, Irene Green of Seattle, Diane Laurie of St. Lina, Marlene (Omer) Plaquin of Therien, Connie Ingham of Sooke, B.C., Brenda Robitaille of Lac La Biche, Peter Robitaille of St. Paul & Don (Dawn) Robitaille of St. Paul; numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Lucien Vallee; daughter, Betty Polo; grandson, Derek Jones; sister, Shirley Partmen; parents, May & Pete Robitaille. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Goodridge Hall, Goodridge. Pastor Kelly Sibley will be officiating. Cremation has taken place. We want to express our deepest sympathy and condolences to all family members and friends who are grieving at this time. It’s hard to know what to say at times like this, but please find comfort in what it says at John 5:28&29: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life.” Imagine the joy of welcoming our loved ones who will be resurrected back to life as promised in that bible verse. Till then, it’s like they are “sleeping.” (Please read John 11:11-14) As well, there will soon come a time when disease, sickness and pain will be gone forever. (Please read Revelation 21:4) May these sure promises bring you comfort.
