Obituary
On September 20, 2022, Mr. Leonard “Bumpoose” Stamp of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his wife, Mary Rose Stamp; children, Peggy White (friend, Ron), Shirley (Wilfred) Whiskeyjack, Rosina Stamp, Joseph Stamp & Melvin Stamp (Jen); 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Sam Stamp; sister, Barbara Stamp; special nieces & nephew, Linda Krupnik, Joanne Jackson, Charlene Houle-White & Jerry Houle; numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Stamp was predeceased by his parents, Zacheus & Betsy; son, Brian Stamp; sister, Eveline Pruden; brother, Eric “Dempsey” Stamp; nephew, Keith Stamp. A Wake will be held on Sunday, September 25 (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 26 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
