Obituary
On December 12, 2015, Mr. Larry Demchuk of Elk Point passed away at the age of 73 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Lillian; daughter, Cheryl Demchuk, her partner, Giorgio, & his daughter, Gabriela; son, Lorne (Alison) Demchuk & their children, Ella & Adam; brother, Leonard (Julie) Demchuk; mother-in-law, Lena Stepa; brother-in-law, Victor Stepa (Sandra Ockerman); numerous nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Mike & Annie Demchuk; sister, Gladys (John) Drobot; nephew, Shane; & father-in-law, Paul Stepa. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 18 at 1:00 p.m. at Allied Arts Centre, Elk Point, with Pastor Kelly Sibley officiating. Cremation has taken place, with inurnment at a later date in St. George’s Cemetery, Stoney Lake. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mazankowski Heart Institute or Parkview Extendicare Elk Point c/o 5626 – 51 Street, St. Paul, AB. T0A 3A1.
