Obituary
On March 27, 2015 Miss Kayleigh Morin of Elk Point passed away at the age of 10 years. She is survived by her parents, Tess Jenkins & Albert Morin; siblings, Landon Morin, Marcel Jenkins, Kasia Morin, Shelby Morin, Kendall Morin, Derrick Dumais, Shyla Dumais, Chaz Sasakamoose & Seth Sasakamoose; grandparents, Brenda Jenkins (Duane Janvier), Paul (Connie) Morin, Keith (Vera) Cardinal & Louise Poundmaker; uncle, Lawrence (Richelle) Laliberte; auntie, Shauna Lapatak; numerous cousins, friends & relatives. She was predeceased by her brother, Albert Morin Jr.; uncle, Marcel Jenkins; maternal great-grandparents, Theresa & Richard Jenkins. A Wake will be held on Monday & Tuesday, March 30 & 31 at Kehewin Band Hall, Kehewin. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Kehewin Band Hall, Kehewin. Kayleigh was an absolute blessing to babysit, I’ve known her in her younger years and always enjoyed her company. I met her when I was one day babysitting her close friend Adrianna and found she was one of the easiest girls I had the privilege to watch over, she always had a golden smile spread across her face and was always happy to play and have fun. Kayleigh will be missed dearly by everyone who knew and loved her, my deepest and most sincere condolences goes to everyone who had the honors of having this young girl in their lives, especially her family <3

When someone as beautiful and young as Kayleigh was leaves, we remember her being a big sister, a friend to mom and dad, a beautiful FB friend, a sweet girl who had a beautiful big family. How can one go on knowing such sadness and pain comes with letting although to hold her back would be a selfish act. Kayleigh go rest high on the mountain you have a beautiful capan waiting there for you love you you were a true inspiration to those who followed you on FB I love you and your Kohkom is my dear very good friend God Bless you help your mama, papa, and siblings go on.

It is with great sadness that I found out that little Kayleigh passed away. Several of the caregivers who worked with her in her younger years are very sad to hear this sad news. Kayleigh always brightened our hearts as she proudly walked into daycare holding either Landon or Marcel’s hand. My sincerest condolences to you Tess and your family.
