Relation: I have known Kate for many years.
So very sorry to hear about Kate. She was such a special lady, and always had such a warm, friendly and caring smile. There was never a time that I was in her house, that she didn’t put out a meal of some kind. It was like going to a wedding. And she would say, “It’s just a snack”. Rest in peace, Kate, and God bless.

Our deepest sympathies go out to the family at this time of sorrow. Kate was a dear and precious friend over Margaret’s entire lifetime and, for Garry, since our wedding in 1966. We will miss the warmth and care which Kate showered upon us at every meeting. Her hospitality and great food from the basement freezers were not to be missed. God’s speed, Dear Kate. May the strength of family and faith carry you across troubled waters to peace as you remember Kate’s life well lived.
