Obituary
On March 5, 2017, Mrs. Katherine Ann deMoissac (Phillips) of Elk Point passed away at the age of 64 years. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Hubert; 6 children, Dianne deMoissac, Roger deMoissac, Jacques (Felina) deMoissac, Rene (Amy) deMoissac, Denise (Jason) Petruk & Joanne (Reuben) Powell; 11 grandchildren, Brianna, Kelli, Kaysen, Ellyra, Tanner, Samuel, Sophie, Daniel, Kiera, Robson, Jacqueline & 1 on the way; mother, Adrienne Phillips; 3 brothers, Brian, Robert & Richard; sister, Monica. She was predeceased by her infant son, Jean; her father, George Phillips. A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, March 10 at 8:00 p.m. at All Saints Ukrainian Cultural Centre, St. Paul. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. at All Saints Ukrainian Cultural Centre, St. Paul. Reverend Father Gerard Gauthier will be the celebrant. Cremation to follow. I would like to express my sincere condolences to Hubert and family on the passing of Kathy. I knew Kathy as a caring mother when her children, attended F G Miller, I saw her often when she drove a school bus, and I enjoyed her company when she was a Hockey Mom at the arena. She was the best!
