On June 12, 2023, Ms. Julienne McGilvery of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 62 years. She is survived by her husband, Freddie Crane; children, Mitchell, Lenny, Kaylyn, Amber, Aaron & Carter; numerous grandchildren; 2 brothers, Louie & John (Beatrice); 4 sisters, Margaret, Pearl (Brady), Eileen & Leona (Peter); numerous nieces & nephews. Julienne was predeceased by her parents, Edmund & Agnes; 3 sisters, Caroline, Shirley & Sylvia; 6 brothers, Floyd, Norris, Cleophus, Vernon, Leonard & William. A Wake will be held on Monday, June 19 (leaving Grace Gardens at 12:00 p.m.) at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
